We will come out and diagnose your problem for a flat rate fee of £35.00.
If we estimate that the work can be carried out in less than 3 hours, the cost will be a fixed charge of £134.00 plus parts and materials.
Of course, you are under no obligation whatsoever to have the repairs carried out by our company, but if you should choose to go ahead, we will refund your £35 initial payment.
If we anticipate that your repairs will take us beyond 3 hours, you will receive a written fixed price quotation, which we will honour for the next 7 days.

Warranties:
We carry the majority of spare parts for the Magaflo range on the vehicles. All the parts and spares we supply and use are genuine Heatrae parts, and are specific for the appliances.
The parts come with a 12 month warranty from the suppliers/manufacturer.
Any problems related to the workmanship installing new parts, and the parts themselves, will have a 12 month warranty.
We will call free of charge, and rectify the problem. If, however, the problems are not related to any previous repairs or spares, the current charges will apply.
